Retevis RB617 PMR446

The 16-channel radio RB617 offers a good choice for every urbexer with a robust construction and 0.5W transmission power (maximum in the PMR446 range).

The construction also allows for harder falls and is very resistant to wear and tear.

Large battery capacity (4400mAh Li-ion battery), power saving function and low battery warning prolong the use time of the walkie talkie.

Button function: talk, listen, alarm

A 0 to 9 squelch filters out background noise to ensure clear voice quality.

For advanced users:
The radio can be programmed via CHIRP with a cable and can be expanded to 2 watts of transmission power (Caution: not allowed!)
In addition, any sound of the radio can be switched off via CHIRP, so that there are no more beeps apart from speech.
It's furthermore possible to encrypt speech channels, so different radios or users can not listen in to your conversations.
